are you talking about an Ls/vtec or just dropping a vtec motor in? details please

 

rite now i have a 92 integra ls b18a motor. my friend told me i can get vtec in the car by switching the head to a vtec one from a gsr or others with vtec.

 

someone buy my car.

 

if it were that easy and no problems everyone would be doing it you could do that but i wont garantee that you would not have to replace other things to make it go properly and smoothly

 

u can be like me and just drop in a vtec motor

oh boy.......

if you're asking questions like this i doubt your mechanical ability to perform such modifications.

Sell your car and buy a GSR. Less hassle if you "need" a VTEC motor.

yea, you could do that and then you will have an ls vtec.if you think about it, what is the point of doing an ls vtec if you are trying ot sell you car???

if you don't sell your car, save yourself the headache of planning a ls/vtec rebuild and go with a b16 or gsr motor.

 

yea but $ is tight with 2 cars and college as tuition just went up again. i love my teg and accord, but at least one needs to go.
