Water from Right side near the front wheel??

Water from Right side near the front wheel??
What is that water coming out from the right side beneath the engine?
I saw a tube and water keeps on going out from that tube..(near right front wheel)..
Is it the AC? (today is so hot, I use AC for the first time this week)..

AC 
touch it and smell it...you should be able to tell the difference between water, oil, or refrigerant...
