what kind of headers would u guys recommend for an ls integra, i heard that u loose low end power but gain in top end, is this true

 

it depends on which type you get and what you have on the car. If you want to keep the car stock and just get simple Intake header and exhaust, get comptech brand. Its expensive but numbers are good and quality is good

 

I think it depends on 4-1 or 4-2-1 design but don't quote me on that
