Hey, i was wondering if you guys have would recommend this alarm to me,

i know its off ebay a buddy of mine got one which is also Pager, but i believe its a Viper not sure... but would you recommend this to me? im looking for the best for my $ which is around the price of this alram. max 150$ US (i live in Canada) thanks
