Do tractor batteries charge the same as car batteries? Will they blow up if you run them in a car?

as long as you dont have a boomin stereo system it should work fine for an EF

WOW Love that kitchen floor....

I guess my question is why? Beyond that I can't think of any reason as long as it is a 12v.. (some tractor batteries are 6v) I can't think of any reason why not.
