Default Timing Belt Comparison?

I am installing Spec B's and will be upgrading my timing belt. My question is are the Toda belts and Power Enterprise belts created equally? The PE's are a bit cheaper.

Thanks,

Matt

I have a PE belt and i like it...Im not sure about the Created equally part but the PE belt will work fine on Spec B cams So will a Brand new Honda belt. But to be really safe i would get a PE belt.
