get the 4inch adjustable drop from skunkworks, I just got the springs and it is so low, and it will never roll in a turn. but make sure you get aftermarket struts, untill I did my car bounced all over the place.
I have heard that the springs that come with skunkworks coilovers are very hard and harsh....... just a heads up if you consider the skunkworks
I think u should lower your GSR wit the H&R race springs looks good and handles phat as hell.. Take my advice I have friends that have those springs and they luv it

I put Eibach Pro Kit springs and Bilstein shocks on my 94 gsr.
match those up with the rest of my goodies
neuspeed rear sway bar
neuspeed rear lower tie bar
neuspeed front strut bar
neuspeed rear strut bar
and a bunch of polyurethane bushings all around (sway bars, shocks, lower control arms, etc.)
its the best handling car i've ever been in

oh yeah, i meant to say, i personally wouldn't go 2 inches, but that just me... it also has to do with where i live... *cough* ohio and the fact that you wont have much suspension travel left.
the pro kits are 1.3" drop, i've scraped my mudflaps on just about everything, but never bottomed out the car.

A lot of people are complaining about spring sag with the Eibachs on this board as well as others. But, I have had Eibach Race springs on my car for the last few years and they are fine.
well given the fact that 78% of americans are considered "obese", maybe that has something to do with it... ?
LOL, j/k
i put mine on a couple months ago and i'm totally happy with them.

I'm glad to here that your Eibachs are fine. And I'm not saying that they are going to sag (the drivers side usually sinks within six monthes) or that all Eibachs will sag. I just wanted to let honda_2468 know this, since I've seen it in person and have replied to eight different posts in the last year concerning this problem.

its either u get eibach springs or H&R's with nice shocks....agx 's or koni yellows'
or u get ground control coils with koni's or kyb agx's
or the full coilovers

IntegraPower: r u talking about the progress springs? if so there not quite 2.5.........they are listed as 2.3...but i guess thats close enough... i have these......i like them a lot....even drop all the way around....
are h&r the same as neuspeeds? if so i heard those neuspeed race springs go really low and are really stiff... arent they 2.5 front and 2.25 rear?? i dunno after those settling in i think that would be WAY too low for comfort...

neuspeed race may be your best bet.
I have sportlines on my teg and they are not as low in front as I wish, maybe another 1/4 inch please.....
anyhow, the race springs are stiff enough for great handling, but can be fine during daily driving depending on what profile tire you ride... that is an integral part of your ride quality.
I think race springs with my 18" 35 series tires would be too rough.... back breaking and jarring.
but race springs with a 50 series 15" or a 45 series 16" would be fantastic in handling and comfort.... and no need to dodge potholes as badly as I hafta.....

Neuspeed Race springs
Koni rebound/compression/height adjustable shocks
Energy Suspension Hyperflex Bushing kit
Eibach Camber correction kits
Neuspeed front upper and rear upper tie bars
Comptech rear 22mm sway bar
E/S Poly U engine mounts....(helps with wheel hop)

I have skunk2 coilovers they are great to put the car where you want. i am still runing the stock shocks it is a little jumpy over large pavement transisations but has a very good road huging ride. I want to get koni yellows but will probably go with kyb agx shocks because they are cheeper unless i find something eles that is better
