Just get ngk's it's not worth it. Mayyyybeeee if you have a FI car.

Good for forced induction or good for naturally aspirated if you're really lazy & don't want to change spark plugs too often.

never used them, heard good things about them. As mentioned not worth it for naturally aspirated, good investment for FI

actually they are very good, especially when if you track the car.

I use Motul 15w 50 and the irdium plugs. The engine feels smoother after 45 min of 9k rpm driving.

This combination doesn't seem to mine the hot temperatures at all.
