Default Clutch Splines question

I know the splines for the 88 Crx are different from other years, but is the 88 different from the 89-91 like a lot of other parts, or is it just different from the 90-91 like i heard earlier tonight on another forum? Quick answer would be appreciated.

88 Clutch had 21 splines, 89-91 had 20.

Thanks, having the guy send the 89 clutch back and get me an 88. And G2-Rex, I see you have the y7 in your CRiX, worth keeping there or what? I blew my mini-me, and I bought a y7 that I'm putting in this week to get the car back on the road. Can't decide rather or not to put the y8 head on it, but the y7 block has the same internals as the y8, so I contemplating on doing it or not. Otherwise I'll sell and start building a junkyard turbo kit.

yeah, luckily my si tranny still shifts very smooth, but im thinking about picking up a zc tranny and doing the zc/si combo with the si final drive. and while im pulling the motor out im replacing the clutch at the same time. centerforce dual friction stage 2 set up is what i was looking at getting.
