Default Door gap adjustment?

I've got a 96 Integra sedan, the drivers door closes completely, but it is about 5mm jutting out, like it isn't completely closed. I thought I had heard that there was something that you could do to adjust this. When I approach the car, it looks like the door wasn't closed all the way and its annoying.

Any help is appreciated! thanks...

yes there is that "hitch" that the door connects to when you close the door. It is only secured by two large screws.. just loosen those, move the hitch inwards, toward your car and re-tighten. wha-la.. let us know how it goes!

I had looked at that and it didn't look like the "hitch" could slide but i'll unscrew it tomorrow and see what happens, thanks!

I had the same problem

just slide that "hitch" closer (towards your driver seat)

remember to align them with the holes little pin holes above the hitch and on the side of the hitch

my door closes fine (proper gap), but it seems as thought the door is to low.
like when i shut the door, the door has to jerk up a little before it closes all the way, its barely noticable but i can hear it. any ideas?

happened to me too. just unscrew it a little and move the hitch in little at a time and screw it back and try the door, if it still sticks out, do it again.
