Default 5g oem kit + mugen exhaust

so i have an oem kit, and i just installed my exhaust. The problem is my exhaust tip sometimes touches the bottom of the bumper lip. it causes rattling noises when i drive. Mainly i hear it when i go slow like 5-10 mph. Does anyone else have this problem? what can i do to fix this?

get a shp to fix it for you. or put something in between the piping and the chassis to puch down the exhuast and stop the rattling

make sure whatever it is you use to push down that piping is very heat resistant too! also try adjusting the rubber hanger supports.

I suggest going a muffler shop and have fix it. Its better that way, and its pretty cheap for them to do it and they might even do it for free. Thats what one shop did for me when I got the Apexi and the WW RS kit. The shop heated the hangers and adjusted it just a tad so that it won't burn or rattle.

Ha get a ST rear sway and you'll be forced to push the exhaust tip down. If you think you have rattling problems now, you don't even want to know what the rattling sounds like with an ST bar on. I fixed my rattling with radiator hoses. As for the skirt problem take it off doesn't provide you any performance gains.

So you suggest that they **** with a 900+ dollar exhaust instead of having a body shop cut alittle bit of the much cheaper and easier to adjust rear lip????
great advice

EDIT:: imo i think that when the exhaust is kinda surrounded by the real lip it looks better than when it hangs underneath...

You need to chill out dude. It was a only a suggestion. Besides you can barely notice the difference. I'll show you a picture of my rear lip with the N1 exhaust when I get a chance.
