Will a DC Sports stainless header for a d16a6 fit a ZC? I'm just considering a swap and trying to figure out what i have to work with as far as swapping current bolt ons... also, what about intakes? will the AEM short ram work if you swap a ZC?

yes they will work with the ZC...you should port out the header a little bit because its about 2mm down than the zc, when you get the exhaust manifold gasket you will understand what i mean...

Mmm are you sure the A6 header fits because I've always heard you should get 92-95 Civic ones.

I've done a DOHC ZC and used an 88-91 D16A6 header with no problems. The ZC ports are a tad bit bigger, and I had to portmatch the header to the head, but it wasn't that much material to remove.

 

ANY d-series exhaust manifold of aftermarket header from 88-00 will fit on a ZC. The intake is a different story.

 

Any D series header will work on the ZC. The ports are about 3mm off. You will have to port match any header you decide to get.
