i have a b16A2, B18 vtec hybrid...and i need a header
with my stupid hybrid i never know which parts i need, which header do i get???...the header for the B16 or the B18???
are they the same??...if not, which do i get??...i am a newbie here, thanks for the help

i have a B16A2 block with a B18C1 head...so i can use either one??..then why do they make different ones??...which do i go with???

either one will fit...the exhaust ports are the same on the b16a2 and the b18cs...the difference is that one is longer than the other, either one will work...just depending on what car you have this motor in will help decide which header to use...most likely you will have to get a testpipe or custom cat/b pipe made to make everything fit correctly...at least thats what i did

i have this engine in a 98 GSR...i also just bought a GSR test pipe that i will put in with the header....so i take it i should get the B16 one so that it clears the b16 block??

alright i have IMed you stuff but i wanna post up so that others that want to know can see....
i believe the b18 will be the best way to go...the b16 header is longer than the b18 (i was usin a b16 header on my gsr a while back and had to do some weird exhaust work) and since you are putting all this in a teg body it should fit pretty close to normal. since you basically have the same setup only a 1.6 block instead of the 1.8 all of the exhaust parts from a gsr should fit fine...and the b16 header rubbed my oil pan so the b18 shouldnt rub the b16 pan...hope it all works out
