those warning pics are ******* nasty OMG im gonna ******* puke!!! racing just aint worth it sometimes man.......sad site really but ohh the pictures SICK!!!!
That is just plain sick! It really makes me wonder sometimes whether its really worth racing around. People always say that they're good driver's, until **** like this happens.
Damn I don't think I've seen anything as disturbing as those pictures.... I know I saw faces of death, but damn those pictures actually made my stomach feel funny... Damn me for eating a strawberry pop tart while looking at that. But seriously, I've been through a couple accidents but none of them were the cause of street racing, but I admit they were some stupid things. I was very glad that no one was injured. I have been provoked a lot to street race and before I took the challenge without question. Now I live my life to stay alive. After my accidents and all the street racing I find it now totally not worth it. The amount of people who can be killed including myself will not be worth the life of pain I will cause on their families, my family, and guilt I will have if I was still alive. But the pictures are seriously another wake up call for me...
a link was posted up to those last 5. the ferrari pictured was the car in that accidnet. Look in the members corner to see all the crash photos if you dare.
Dam, that's f'n sick. I've had my share of small street races...but now I think back as to how I could have killed myself.
They should've put some pics like that as a reminder before "Fast and the Furious". I'm surprised that movie didn't have any type of messages telling people NOT to street race.

the ferrari one is the worst thing ive seen. i saw that pic the other day..til this day i cant even eat...some real shick ****..i feel sorry for the fellas that have to clean that up.
they did on the radio ads for the movie around here, they said something like " Do not attempt stunts you may see in the movie, they are trained professinals" or something along those lines.
i mean HOW did they get thrown from the car that far! I mean were they not wearing thier seatbelt or something? (wouldnt have saved them, but may have kept the road mess to a minimum)
That is some nasty sh**! holy crap man, i think if pictures of this could flash in peoples heads before street racing then i think they would think twice before racing on busy streets or highways. I lost a cousin of mines to speed, he lost control and ran his mustang into a street lamp. The accident killed him instantly, he was found in the back seat of his car. The impact of the crash crushed his ribs, broke 1 arm and 1 leg. He died of serious trauma to the head, his head hit the steering wheel, when we went to his viewing they had reconstructed the whole side of his face where the steering wheel had been lodged into his head. A week ago a women who works at my jobs son died in a car crash, he was driving and integra nd was street racing on a busy street, he swerved to miss a car and lost control, ran straight into a concrete wall. At his viewing they had to have a closed casket and the lower half of his body was missing, he was due to move in with his fiance who was pregnant with his child the weekend after his death. If you guys think this is all bs then check it out here http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...2001Jun22.html racing on busy streets is dangerous and if you think it could not happen to you and that you do it in a safe way or its different when you do it , your wrong. Think twice before you endanger your life or if you dont give a rats *** about your own life then at least think about the lifes of people you could kill. I love racing and i must admit that ive raced before, hell speed is an addiction, i love to attend the street drags and hang out with my friends but i think im gonna save my car for the track or controlled environments. I also dont like the heat were gettin from all these crashes, is it me or has the movie the fast and the furious opened up peoples eyes on street racing and most people are now on this hunt to stop it like it is something that was just created. The street drags here have existed for 16 years, it is almost a tradition, we all come to hang out and showcase our cars, but now it seems as though more and more people are fighting us and trying to push for tougher laws or for cops to ticket us for any bs they see that is not DOT approved.

I hope enough people will see that. It is really disturbing. Let's post it in other forums too.
Thanks for posting that LostGSR. You probably will save a life or two if enough people see it.

I do think there is a difference between street racing in a secluded area, and to to sane speeds, or a little stoplight play here and there. However people trying to outdue each other at 160 mph is just stupid.

So you never ever get on the throttle even at 1:00 A.M. when you have left your boyfriend's house and your all alone and no one is watching. you never ever dip into the throttle on an onramp or run it to redline real quick when accelerating to speed. well i am sorry but I just cannot believe that. I dont race in traffic and I dont race in neighborhoods I race in industrial areas at 12:00A.M. with other racer's were there is no danger of kids or heavy traffic. For the 3 years I have been going to the street races I have never seen a racing ralated accident, never. I have seen people get in accidents driving home from work though. And if this guy really was doing 160 on the autobahn then he was not breaking the law he was just driving.

I don't defend street racing, I just do it and I laugh at the people on this board that actually tell me they never ever race on the streets that they never get on it they save it all for the track.
My friend,
First of all, I do take ALL my racing either to the autox or to the racetrack.
Second of all "street racing" IS NOT RACING!!! Two cars side by side with both drivers flooring the gas pedal until: 1) one gets off the gas and the contest of stupidity is over 2) one looses control and crashes (do not call this an accident!) or 3) both drivers loose control and crash.
Outcome 1) This does not prove anything! It only proves who is more stupid and doesn't give a $hit about anything else.
Outcome 2) Can end at the cost of innocent lives.
Outcome 3) Can end at the cost of innocent lives.
So there you have it, you cannot have a "race' on the street. A real race involves pushing your car to its limit and not just the plastic gas pedal to the floorboard hoping the guy next to you lifts first. If you think you're such a badass driver, why not go to an autox. You'll most likely have yourself humiliated along with all your great "racing" skills you pickup up on the street.
Stop this contest of stupidity on the streets and better yet go play a video game. You'll gain just about the same out of both, but in one at least you won't have the chance of taking a life while doing it.
So slowerthanu, I'll be the one laughing at you (or anyone) for trying to start a street "race" with me. That's NOT what good driving is all about and that's why I'll be laughing at the people who think it is.

I am not going to look. The reactions of others is enough for me to know I do not want to see those pictures. I have seen other crash pictures before.
