Default MUGEN MR5's TORQUE SPEC? two piece bolts...help anyone

I just got me some 15 inch Mugen MR5's there were a lil rough... they are old wheels anywayz ive got them lookin pretty good, since they are two piece wheels i took them apart to restore them...well anywayz.. i cant seem to find the TORQUE SPEC for the BOLTS that bolt the two pieces together... Ive asked king motorsports and they have no idea...and ive asked the European Distributer of Mugen and they didnt know either...... They didnt feel tight when i loosend them but i wanna make sure and torque them to the right spec....ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
