I ordered an SVR battery from these people on 03/31/2003. Still don't have it. I've gotten the run-a-round from them.

After 1 week of waiting I call them back. They tell me it shipped and I should have it Friday or Monday. On Tuesday I still didn't have it so I called back. This time they tell me its on back order and its getting shipped to them from Texas and they will have the battery Friday and then ship it to me, they guy took my phone number and said he would call me when it shipped. Still no call. So I wait another week and a half and called them yesterday 4/18/03. Now they tell me they are getting the battery in next friday and will ship it to me then. **** this is pissing me off.

Why do I keep having to call them back. Their customer service sucks.

They go by the name HP distributing too. I'm getting tired of waiting. I'm about ready to file a complaint with paypal. They use paypal cuz their too cheap to get real cc machines.

Has anyone else delt with these jokers?

 

I have dealt with them. I bought an svr battery from them. They are local to me, so they allowed me to come down to pick it up.

The batteries are probably on backorder still. I order all of the IT stuff were I work. I am so used to things not showing up, I am surprised if it comes on time.

They do have like 5 aliases or so.

 

had nothin but probs w/ SVR-- - my batt caved in.. due to heat from car being outside... (normal conditions)--& it was under warranty.... SENT it back-- they wouldnt give me anything.. they didnt even offer to pay for shipping...

they said there was nothing they could do.. damn thing cost me over $250
