oh geebus where do i start...on thurs. night i had a dream that i was going to crash my car ...and it scared me to death...i didnt want to drive unless i had too...well it started off with driving to church when i came to the nastiest pot hole of them all...i swerved and my right side dipped and hit the floor and pushed my whole right side up [it was about 3 inches higher then the passenger side headlight]
...i then noticed it at a gas station and drove my car to the back parking lot and pushed the bumper back into place. so as i thought the worst had already came i was wrong...
i drove to my cousins house out in west covina for a paryer meeting and everything was cool until i exited and a dog/huge cat ran into the middle of the streetand my front bumper made contact with his face...i couldnt see it in time b/c there was no lighting except for my headlights ...then i started to hear a scraping sound and i thought "oh crap im dragging the beast!!!!!!"
so i slowed down and looked at my rear view mirror to see my bottom valance [sp?] fly under my car... i pulled over and began to run to my lip...but to watch a oldsmobile run it over and leave... when i was about a block form my cousins house i noticed my turn signals were'nt working [all except my hazards!] i was so angry i felt tlike the next person that pissed me off would get the beating of there life time...so here i am sat. morning trying to figure out how to fix my turn signals!?!?!? if it is the relay where would it be located!?!?!

NOTE: i was suppose to pick up my 98 front bumper on friday but it has not came in and will come in this week

CLIFF NOTES - had a dream about crashing my car,0wned my front right side hit a BEAST, riped my bottom lip off and screwed up my turn signals...

QUESTION : how do i find / replace my relay!?!?

I'm sooooooo sorry for your crapy friday night. On a lighter note I took my Gsr out on the hiway last night and went Vtec through all 5 gears It was exhilerating(spelling?) Saw a bad accident though guts gore people flipped in the ditch. Sad sad sad. Lucky your day wasn't as bad as theirs.

 

yah...im just wondering why all of this happend...i havent done anything that bad...but ill take it...just have to put up with a phacked front til the bumper comes in...anyone know where the relay is!!

why would you think its a relay? does the tunr signals not work for the back AND the front? then i would assume something similar or some wiring got cut... hmm... But wat i would do is check your fuses, and inspect all the wires on ur front turn signals. i have a feeling its one of those.


and stay optimistic... for all the bad things that happen in life... just as many good things happen too, we just don't acknowledge all of them haha..

i figured its the relay b/c it doesnt even show up on my dash but the lights are still on...the hazards work and all but still nothing...i foudn the relay and im going to try and replace it ASAP...yah im tyring to look to the best of it right now but i figure ill have my bumper on by this week or the next and itll look alot better then it did before...

if the hazards work your relay is probably good i have couple of sugggestions that might help

1. check all the fuses for the turn signals
2. check all the bulbs
3 check the connectors and wiring

 

hmm i was looking through the team-integra fuse block layout and it said turn signals were number 26 yet the numbers only go up to 23! so i found out where the flasher was and pulle dit out to find "TURN" engraved under the flasher so im guessing that is the "fuse" the bumper ligths turn on and all but they dont blink and it doenst show up on my dash unless i press the hazards...i also found a old post on T-I that stated the same problem and it was the "flasher/relay" whatever u want to call it...
