need help with accord not idling
i have a 98 accord LX and its manual transmission. when you drive the car and pull out of gear and go into neutral, the car will just die if you let it coast to a stop. it refuses to idle in neutral. can someone please please help me figure out what's wrong!! thank you!
There is a piece to adjust the idle, it's usually a steel wire attacked to the manifold where the fuel injector controller thingy is... jus adjust the wire and make it more taught...
Sorry, i'm lacking in the proper vocabulary...

My idle adjuster is a screw on the throttle body...
Yours could be different though. I have a 90. If you need pictures of what iam talking about then ill get some for you...you just adjust it and then it sets the idle higher.

Here is the place where you change it. Its on the back of your throttle body and you just turn the screw. The picture is really blurry but i'll take some tomorrow. The idle adjuster screw in the one to the right. Hope this helps good luck.
