Maybe your coil... also I'm not sure what fuses you have on the car but it couldn't hurt to go through them too especially with your seat belt problems...

well man the best thing i would say is that your coil went out. if it goes car will crank fine but it wont turn over. i had the same problem , cost me $256 at honda. dont do that stupid mistake to go there. might as well get a msd blaster coil system it will be cheaper and give you a little added performance.

what i had was a 92 acura integra gs:

aem cold air intake, dc header, thermal cat back , random technology high flow cat, msd blaster 2 coil, cap, accel thundersport wires, bosch +4 plugs, akimoto dress up

what i got now: 99 gs-r bone stock i want some boost!!!!

maybe i'm way off on this... but is ur battery ok? cuz if ur starter is good, perhaps it still doesnt have enough power to crank the motor up.? wait that would still not explain why the motor started up at first and the seat belt didnt werk... hmm... well free bump for ya... maybe someone else knows.

I'm pretty sure it's the coil now you mention you have no spark also. Samething happen to my gf's former car, a 93 Accord. The coil went out, the car would crank but won't start and had no sprak from the wires. Just get a aftermarket coil, it's like $50.

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge???

If you doubt the pump is working check it with the gauge and that will tell you if the pump is working...

Also you can pull the carpet and use a Volt meter to test if the pump is getting voltage... or test at the fuse panel behind the kick panel on the drive side.

If you think you aren't getting spark and the screw didn't work you can also pick up an inline spark checker for like 5-10 bucks at most automotive part and tool stores.... also you might want to check the ecu if you have the ability to do that... Maybe something burned up in the ecu?

The ecu is located under the carpet on the passenger side firewall... It also has a error code light that you can at least have the ecu give you the codes and then look them up if you have any ecu problems.

But I would start with the easy stuff first... try testing the coil with a volt meter and the fuel pressure guage and go from there.

its a common problem with most
g2i
internal coil and ignition module tends to fail
get an msd coil ($45-60) wich is better
the cap around ($45)
then you have the option to buy the ignition box (6a $180) (6AL $220)
ignition module ($80)

or if you want to buy a new distributor
http://www.hondadistributors.net

but most teggys dont make any hissing sound from fuel pump
