hey its actually really easy, hope your up for it, had the same thing happen on my 93 hatch, basically unbolt the bump/lights/etc until your down to the radiator support, you can work a little so that the ac doesnt have to be recharged. basiclly the radiator support is held on by spot welds, little circles of weld. your going to need a srill bit larger then the spot weld and drill them all out, there quite a few of them. then once they are all out you will be able to remove it. get your new radiator support, either taiwan or oem honda (way better; stronger) and slip it on. everywhere that there was a tac weld before you fill in with new welds with an elctric welder. then just reverse the dissasembly. its gonna take about a day but you will save a LOT. hope this helps

damn he got it exactly! like he said the radiator support is held on by a whole bunch of spot welds, so u have to drill those suckers out... and obviously you'll have to remove the front bumper and headlamps n such in order to gain access. Yes honda does sell replacement radiator supports, but cost i'm not sure about. And most likely it will come in black so u may want to get it all painted when ur done depending upon how concerned you are with underhood appearance. Oh and inspect everything while you have the car apart like that so you don't have to go back thru the trouble of removing the parts to gain acess to something again. Like the powersteering you suspect is leaking.
