Default OMG, so OT <--- Pedal Blocks

How do I build them? Wood? Medal? Gum? I've been wanting to do this for a while. I just need an inch to an inch and a half build up so I can reach the pedals. Anyone have any suggestions? Sorry for the idiotic post, but I really do need to get this done ASAP.

I'm sorry babe, but I'm 6'1" so I can't help there. But I was just talking to M about her not being able to reach my pedals if I get a set of tenzo rally seats

Well... I cna tell you what I know... First off, my bus driver in elementary school had wooden blocks taped ot the pedals with duct tape.. Thats one way of doing it... Next, I know most of the pedal covers actually screw on over the original and you can add a piece of wood in between it and you wil loose the ghetto look and add some height... I know its not as much as you were wanting, but I havent seen this done more than once, so I feel I shouldnt go all detailed and throw out crazy ifs and maybes when I dont relly know what I am talking about.. The first two options I know will work for sure.. Only thing I cna suggets is to find some pedal covers you like and go from there... Maybe get soem long long screws that will replace the ones supplied soy ou cna get a bigger wooden bloack in between it and paint the block blakc so it disappears.... That would defiently work, I just dont know how possible it is to get replacement screws that work good for them... Just make sure if you try this, that you get that wooden block wedged tight...

You could go to a custom bod place and get some medal extensions welded ont o make em longer... Lot more money, but it depend son what you got to spend and how important it is... Both ideas are pretty much garunteed not to break part with use or in an emergency.. I might be afrai of a more expensive welding JOB than solid wod stuck on SOLID pedals... UP to you...

You could sell your car and buy a mazda miata, those a cramped as hell and there would be no more problems with pedal blocks. Or wear those disco platform shoes with like 5 inch soles..

Just have a shop weld on extensions. Your life is not a thing to mess around with.

That's pretty funny, but I can't grow anymore. Thanks guys for the input. How much will it cost me to weld on extensions? I was looking for the most cost-effective way of doing this, that's why I was thinking of doing it on my own, if this is possible!?
