Default oil pan gasket, tightening?

which sequence should i tighten the nuts/bolts on a bseries oil pan?

also, the oil pan gasket is a rubber one, do you have to use a gasket compound still?

i saw a diagram on here somewhere before, but can't find it now.

Put the gasket on dry, Honda does. Tightening sequence is not precise, as say cylinder head tightening, just do like a rotating X-pattern. Do not overtighten the oil pan, it will leak.
