need help with i/c sizes for 4th gen

I've got almost all my custom turbo pieces figured out except for the i/c sizes. I'm trying to keep my stock bumper but I also want the i/c to be capable of handling 400 hp. Is this possible? Does anyone have pics? I want to have fogs but i'm willing to give that up if necessary. I've been looking at the Maxrev i/c but i'm open for suggestions
