I just found this and I figured it would help everyone here out that does there own installs. This is very very imformative tells you how to do it all without damaging your bearings and you don't need a slide hammer.

hmm interesting part where it uses 4 bolts to get the hub off the knuckle... does it mean just bolt on longer bolts and turn them evenly until they push the hub out? it sounds like an interesting way to get it out if it is that simple... saves me the trouble of hammering or looking for a press...
either way, the CL rotor over hub looks successful, gimpy accord got one side on and says it bolts right up to the accord bearing. My parts will be coming in late next week or in 2 so I will get to put a pair together to confirm it all... if all goes well, we will have simple rotor over hub setups, 1-2 screws holding the rotor onto the hub only. =]

I ended up using long bolts to get apart my hub + bearing today.
it seems w/ 10x1.25x60mm bolts, you can press the hub off the bearing by positioning them so they push on the rotor. Poor mans way to get the hub and bearing off w/o a press. They didn't press it off completely though, I think 70 or 80mm long ones will probably work... however, you must use bolts threaded completely, serrated (think thats the term) ones will not work.
Also, since i didnt have a air tool thing to vibrate the bolts, and I didn't care for the old bearing, I simply put in 2 bolts to the bearing thru the back of the knuckle and pounded it w/ a hammer. Worked like a charm, and I actually dont think i did any serious damage (if any) to the threads on the bearings. This could be a cheap easy way to get the bearing off the hub if you use all 4 bolt holes and tap around w/ a hammer to push it out. So much easier than trying to figure out how to do it.
lastly, any tips for getting the rotor to hub bolts off? I cannot get them off for the life of me and end up damaging the bolt heads. =\

I couldn't get those bolts off myself that's why I quit the install process. They are 14mm and I can't find a 14mm socket anywhere. It would have been best for you to take those bolts off before you took the whole rotor/hub off.
