Default HELP!!! Zc into a HF problems

Alright my engine swap is almost complete. only thing standing in the way is the wiring harness coming from the ecu to thefuse box and then to the fuel injection the plug on the zc is only a 2prong plug and the prong on the hf wiring harness is a 4prong plug. do i need to swap the whole wiring harness out? is this an easy task? and can anyone write some directions to help out a little bit? thanks guys

I'm not sure which plug you are talking about. The HF wiring harness should hook right up to the ZC engine except for the distributor wiring.

http://dmoore.com/crx/zc-phase3.htm

use the diagram on this page to wire the distributor plug.
There will be one plug left unused on the HF harness. It controls the EGR system, which the ZC does not have. Just leave it unplugged.

From what I understand, no engine had EGR except for the HF. You can see the EGR system on the HF, it's just a little round canister on the right side of the intake manifold.

Be carefull, two of those wires go to the purge selenoid and two go to the EGR relay. I don't remember which but the two for the EGR will go unused/unconnected. Also the connector close to the thermoswitch on the head that used to plug into the EGR valve will not be connected either.
