I have heard I can put some black leather G3 seats in my 90 ls teg? What all is involved in doing this? Front and back seats.

 

if I were you I would just get some regular black leather in there the g3 wouldnt fit I dont thing

 

It ain't easy,I heard the front seats will work, but you have to weld the auto seat belt assembly to the new seats, as for the backseat I tried it and it doesnt fit. but if you figure out a way or do it plz let me know, i also am going to try the front seats real soon, so i will let you know.

 

Just wondering, what would do about the front seatbelts. My friend has a g2 and wanted leather out of a g3 also.

 

I got G3 seats in my G2, only three bolts will bolt out of the four. Forget about the backseats they wont fit at all, I tried my best. With the seatbelt problem, I heard u can mount the motor on the seats but I hate the automatic seatbelts so I aint even do that. But couple of weeks ago, I bought the cdm seatbelts which are manual with the pillars and everything and swaped out the heavy motors and put the CDM ones in and that solved the problem.
