Default Grease for tranny shaft and release fork?

The Helms specifies a Super High Temp Urea grease for the tranny input shaft, throwout bearing, and release fork, part number 08798-9002. Is there anything available at auto parts stores that is the same as this stuff?

id imagine just about any hi-temp grease you find in those cans at auto stores would work.
