Well maybe not anymore since the 13/13 rule was thrown away.

Wouldn't know about either series as I have never raced in them. I don't think the 13/13 rule prevented car damage though - it was an *incentive* to not be a jerkstick, not a protective blanket forbading all harm.

When I get some money! I visited Lyonel and Danielle a while back and was admiring his trick new front spoiler you sent him. Unfortunately, I am still out of work and after Beaver Run I am going to get rid of my tow vehicle as I can't afford the payments. Big thanks to 421 Motorsports for helping me get back into the driver's seat for Beaver Run. Hopefully something will turn up job wise so I can procure another (less expensive) tow vehicle in the near future!

I'm picking Brinson to win every H3 race he manages to enter. He's mighty fast.
And that other H3 guy is gone now .

At the National level, yes, BUT......

It can be included in the suppolemental instructions on a race by race basis.
