i have a b16 on my crx when i did the swap i replaced my clutch and flywheel with a clutch masters i also dropped in a b&m short shifter i didint kill my car untill the break in period but naw when im shifting at high rpms from second to third it grinds as it goes in only in 3ed gear i dont know what it is help some people say is the short shifter

 

if you out shift your trans it'll grind. that can happen even w/o a short shifter. if no matter how fast you shift into gear it still grinds, your clutch may need an adjustment or your syncros are shot.
