Default Need help/suggestions for my Integra Suspension/wheel setup!

The car: 1990 integra LS.

What I want:

1. Stiff suspension. Will mostly be street driven, but I need it for AUTO-X.
-Want the wheels to just barely clear the fender. (love that look.)
2. What size/offset wheels should I get?
3. What tire size should I get?
-I don't want any rubbing.

I've heard that Koni yellows w/ GC coil overs are good. How much am I looking at for those? Also I was thinking of getting some cheap Kosei's or some Rota's or something. The whole idea is keeping the price as low as possible with best results.

Go with some custom cut ground controls on KYB AGX shocks if you want to keep it cheap.
