Default Integra w/o armrest?

I have a buddy that wants to remove the armrest from his 98 teg, but he wants to have something to cover the e-brake. Did any Tegs come without an armrest?

Thanks.

JDM R's came w/o one. Check out passwordjdm.com or jdmhondaparts.com for an "armrest eliminator".

I dunno about you guys, but I love having an armrest in the car. It's kinda funny how all the Civic owners are looking for the optional OEM armrest while teg owners are trying to get rid of theirs in favor of the "JDM" armrest eliminator.

Interesting point....as a teg owner, I personally like having an armrest, don't know why they want to get rid of it.

It's actually his autocross-only car. He says it bugs him while he's on course. He doesn't have plates for it so he can't drive it on the street, so he doesn't put a lot of miles on it.

i personally love having my armrest. As for why people swap out for the jdm peice that gets rid of it, it is in many cases because the stock usdm armrest rubs the side of the jdm recaros. oh yea... and then there are those jdm ******....

Yeah, I dont justify replacing the armrest which supports my lazy *** during grid lock traffict and store many of my car essentials, just to be "JDM".
