I see some race cars use OPM LSD's
how would this be on a daily driver/autoX/track car

I tried searching but couldn't find ppl who actually use this LSD.

 

Go with a quaife.

edit: or a stock ITR diff.

why do you say that?

OPM is no good?

I've found a killer deal on a used one.

 

if you got a good deal then thats one thing, but for regular cost, the quaife is
better. and I mean, if you got the OPM for 4-500, i would still find a stock one
or go with a quaife.

 

local guy has one for 400....
quaife is 900....outta my range at this moment
and stock is pretty cheap....but my understanding is that the clutch types are more active....

hrm...and im not even sure if it will fit in my LS with no probs?

 

it will fit, you will need to get the vtec ring gear and countershaft im pretty sure.

If i were you, i would try to find an itr diff instead.

Curious, how much do ITR diff's cost?
