Sorryi know it doesnt belong here really but i cannot post in the F/S Trade forum .i have 98-01 oem integra taillights off my car, the passenger side one has a small chip on the lense way on the angled corner. Im looking for 94-97 OEM tail lights. If anyone wants to trade let me know.

i will try and post pics tomorrow, i dont have a digi cam this minute i have to borrow someones. but the damage to the passenger one isnt bad at all. its all the way on the corner where it wraps around to the side of the car, its chipped right therem not a huge chip but about the size of a dime i would say. the other one is perfect.

Ok, that is cool, but I kinda still would like to see a pic b/c I'm **** like that.

I'd would next day air my lights to you if you would do the same. AKA crossshipping and we could call it even.

haha...I guess i'm just an oddball but I think the 94-97 tail lights look so much better than the 98 up. 94-97 taillights give the teg some "character" from the back...the 98 up ones are just a clump of red. Anyways, just wanted to share my opinion. Both my friend and I got rid of our 98 up lights for 94-97 right after we got our cars.

I have a '01 GSR and got a set of pre '98 taillights on them. I like amber turn signals since they are easier to see, especially when your in traffic where your flashing red turn signals get lost in a sea of red flashing brake lights. The amber ones are more noticeable from a safety standpoint. In Japan, they are required to be amber. I really don't notice the red ones that much when I see others making lane changes.

Did Honda try to save a few pennies by making the taillight all one color? Maybe so. You have amber turn signals in the front, so why not in the rear like before.

My '91 NSX is all genuine Honda Japan spec (emblem, wheelcaps, taillights, spoiler brake light, airbag, Honda cassette door) and the rear taillights are slightly tinted and have amber turn signals. Look so much better than the boring red.

 

i'll give you my carbon fiber tail lights (the round ones) and 20 bucks.

perhaps it was to make things look cleaner. I like the amber when flashin the hazard cuz its way more noticable, but i don't regret changing up to the 98+ at all because it makes my car look much cleaner and more streamlined. I think having the amber there kinda stood out too much, almost to the point of clashing.

 

i think the 98+ ( all red ) is sooo much more cleaner
