Just finished swap... Runs real rough
ok i just finished swapping in the b18a, when i start it it runs rough like its missing on a few cylenders. any ideas. im sure i put timing belt on the right way but when i retentioned it it seems to run more rough.... but crank was at TDC and cams at UP ...
Maybe distro timing off? just seems not to be firing on all cyl. ill check spark next but i gotta get this done quick to get my exhaust welded on....

imn getting spark in all cylenders numbers 3 and 4 thos dont seem to be as good maybe only half the tiome????
I played with distro timing still nothing bvetter..
I started it and hit gas to keep going and got a code 7 im checking that right now.....

seem to run a LOT better before I retentioned the timing belt but when i did it the first time i set the pully be physically looking at TDC this time was by pully mark and the mark on timing cover the litle sharp thingy... maybe thinking it is off. The integra motor does have the 4th mark as TDC right? not any of the 1st 3???
code 7 is tps makes car run a bit rich at idle but still shouldnt be this rough at all.. Anyone know If I can take one of these off like another honda say an older prelude or such?
This was my d16a6 one i was using but im pretty sure it broke when i stepped on it :S

dohc cams are weird when you line it up. the arrows pointing upward can be deceptive... instead look at the two little dots on the gears, they should line up on the inside.
