Will a CODE 6 cause a high idle?
just as the topic says. I'me getting a high idle (around 3000 rpm) I have a code 6 (coolent senser) The wiring going to the stock si gauge is fried and the gauge doesn't work. I tried replacing the senser but that didn't drop the idle. Do I need to change that plastic circut board (lack of a better term) that connects all the gauges together. There must have been a short at one time and that were the wiring melted. I'm also getting a CODE 10 and 13 and I have new sensers ordered. any help would be appericated.
