Default AEM CAI for 99GSR. 2 piece or 1

I am joining the groupbuy going on and want to buy it with the air bypass valve. now I'm hoping its 2 piece so I dont have to cut anything. so is it 1 piece or 2?

all the AEM CAI are one piece....the 2 piece was an older design

and the bypass is a waste of money...unless you like parts lodged in your throttle body

Yeah, the new AEM CAI's are 1 piece. The two piece WOULD be a lot easier to install a bypass valve on. However, there's considerable debate on whether the bypass valve works well enough to put it on. For safety's sake, I'm going to get one soon. Especially since we had a rainstorm today, and it was a little nervewracking to drive in it with a CAI. Peace out.
