Rear-Ended!!!!
i just got rear-ended
and this idiot girl who hit me caused $500 of damage, and now because of no-fault insurance, she's trying to weasel her way out of paying me. This idiot got her license 4 DAYS AGO and ALREADY got in an accident. She is just hiding behind her daddy's money and she still thinks she doesnt have to pay me on a technicality!?!
I hope this girl dies.
Just thought id fill the fellow H-T members in on my sob story. AUGH

It is true man!!! NOw the majority of woman drivers can drive normally I think. BUt there are still a lot of downright dumb as wood bitches out there with no clue. Some dumb ho rear-ended my dad one time at a stoplight. What they hell are they doing?
Once I was on the freeway and was watching sumb dumb bitch try to merge. She looked back around, over her shoulder at me as her car drifts to the right onto the stones on the side of the on-ramp. She is going faster than me so I got a good view. She JURKS the car off the stone and spins around and around. Lucky she didn't flip it. She came to rest on the grass luckily for her she veered to the right ( off the freeway ) and not to the left, onto the expressway.

and you know whats ****** shitty? girls are the trash drivers, yet they pay less insurance
girls just dont have any thought about other drivers in the road, they are either talking on their cell phone or have their face in the vanity mirror, one of the two. A lot of girls (im not saying all of them) dont care about their cars anyway.

I just found this short intro to no-fault insurance...sounds kinda gay if it was actually ALL the other person's fault:
How no fault insurance works
"No fault insurance" is a general term that is used to describe any auto insurance system that both requires drivers to carry insurance for their own protection, and that places limitations on their ability to sue other drivers for damages.
In an accident, under no fault laws, your auto insurance company will pay for your damages (up to your policy limits), regardless of who was at fault for the accident. Any other drivers involved will be covered by their auto insurance policies.
Under a pure no fault system, drivers would be completely covered by their own policy, and would be barred from ever suing another driver for damages.
However, no state uses a pure system. Instead, all "no fault" states actually use parts of both the no fault system and the standard liability system (under which you're financially responsible for the cost of damages you cause). States do this by permitting lawsuits in certain cases.
