Depends on how bad each of them are. When it comes to crucial parts like forks and wheels I myself would not want repaired stuff. Riding a perfect bike is dangerous enough let alone one that has this kind of repair on it. You should be able to find used straight forks and a wheel without too much problems. But if you really just want to fix teh forks find a place that specializes in it, not some little local dealer.

depends. is the inner or the outer bent? if its the inner, then you can just replace it OEM. if its the outer (the one that doesnt move), then you have to bring it to a machinist and get it straightened.

Easiest thing to do is find a used fork. if you cant find it for the exact model of you motorcycle, just measure the circumference of the fork and where the bolt goes in at the bottom. if that doesnt work, you can always just change the whole triple clamp (top bridge, whatever else you want to call it).

Straightening the forks is generally a bad idea...it weakens the tubes and they could break rather than bend if you were to hit something. It's better to bite the bullet and replace the offending part, either OEM or aftermarket from someone like Forking by Frank (good guys btw). It's not particularly difficult to do...you could probably order the parts online and bribe a local mechanic with beer, if you took the forks off the bike first.

As for the bent wheel, I've had good luck sending those to MC Wheel in NH. They're a bit slow, but cheaper than a new wheel in most cases.
