I just put the rear disc brakes from an 89 crx si on to my 90 civic dx hatchback. Everything went smooth but we had an expected problem. The E-Brake cables from the crx were shorter than the ones in the civic. What can i do to solve this problem. Thanks in advance. Luke

 

Try going to your local junk yard and yanking some cables from a 90 integra or 90-91 Civic EX

 

The EX had rear DRUMS.

You need 90-93 Teg ebrake cables for disks.

Just a side note... Where did you fin an 89 CRX Si with Disks from the factory?

good point, i thought it was an 89. I went and checked and i belive its a 90. thanks for the help guys.

IMO the Teg cables will be easier to find, but will need to be "custom routed" and the 90-up crx cables are perfect.
