i posted how my car was broken into not too long ago. well i found other problems and i need your help. 1st is the switch for turning my wiper off wont work and turning it on for the 1st click on the wiper goes the same rate as the second click...it should be slower for the 1st click. second is the steering column(wheel) it's gears towards the left now instead of being centered...so basically i have to tilt the steering wheel more towards the left in order to drive straight. Is the problem the alignment? the car was broken into and they tried to hot wire it...blow the fuse.

 

Generally the wheel leaning to the side is an alignment problem.

As far as your windsheild wiper switch and stuff, I don't know..
