Default i just swapped out a 88 d16a6 from my 88 crx si to i think a 91 or da16a6 1.6

now when the ingnition is turned on it keeps blowing fuses and there is no power going to the fuel pump. It turns over but is not getting fuel. My question is this!!! Is the ecm different or taking more power for the 91 engine? The main engine relay is only getting power to 2 of the terminals on the relay. If someone know how to fix this please help me in anyway you can..... Thanks I checked again and the fuel pump is working b/c i bypassed it. I looked it up and the distributors are different for those years. I was also told that there is a ground by the fuel rail but I havent located it. I am gonna try changing to the old distributor and see what happens. any other suggestions are welcomed

well; for one- there was not an a6 in 92 as far as i know- so the proper engine code would help everyone figure out your problem.
