But the chassis didn't change until 98. I don't see any reason that they wouldn't fit. You could always check the part #'s to make absolutely sure.

maybe the wiring is different as far as obd1 cars and obd2 cars

The 94 and 95 Integra airbags are not interchangeable with the 96-01 Integra airbags.
While the airbags will physically fit and bolt right in, you will not be able to plug them in - the harnesses are different.
If you want to use the 96-01 airbags, you'll need to grab the entire SRS system from a 96-01 Integra.
