Default Do I have a Limited Slip Differential?

I heard that if you can look through one axel hole to the other one and see through it than you have LSD. Well I can see through it minus this sort of metal pole shaped thing in the middle. Does this mean I have LSD? It's a ZC Tranny and I've heard that a rare few of them did have LSD so I was just wondering.

Non-LSD.

Can anyone else confirm this? My JDM S1 is non LSD and it has the same bar.

You have a non-lsd tranny. On lsd equipped trannies there is no "bar".

Well I guess maybe it has to be completely able to see through for it to be LSD.

Correct if it's LSD you can see through, with no obstruction.

thats the shaft the spider gears are located on with a NON LSD transmission. You don't has a LSD i hate to say. another way to prove it. jack up the car both wheels off the ground. Put it in gear with engine off. Rotate one wheel, I will be you the other wheel turns the opposite direction.
