How much do you guys and gals pay for the kit w/HID, and w/out HID?

Did not do it myself, but expect to pay around $3,000 for the OEM sheet metal kit without HID and $4,000 for the OEM sheet metal with HID. Just don't have the money for this after the PY '01 purchase. Hehe!

 

I paid mine for $2,850 shipped NON HID.

 

someone is going to say something about why pay the extra for oem hid vs. aftermarket hid... well my friend has the phillips conversion and after seeing my oem one side by side with his he has now ordered an oem setup. oem has better color and pattern.

 

I was quoted $3500 for the sheet metal kit w/HID, and just wanted to make sure that it is a good deal.

Who quoted you $3,500? That sounds like a great price. Almost too good to be true. Make sure they are reputable.

 

Its a body shop in Fairfax VA. But I believe this price is only for the people whos is getting the conversion done there.

 

Autobody World in Fairfax did his car, i think it was $1900

 

Paid $2600 for mine shipped non-HID.

 

the cheapest reputable person i could find was 3K non-hid, anyone know anyone better.... please link or send me an email
