Modifying a 4 point roll bar

I was looking into buying a used 4 pt roll bar with removable cross brace.

but no removable harness bar. can i have a fabricator weld the harness bar(removable) onto the 4 point main hoop??

Any other idea's

Yes. If you're going to make it removable, I would suggest that you verify any rules on this issue with whatever rulebook you're following. I would also suggest that you go with a sleeve design a-la Kirk racing vs. autopower's method.
