Default 02' Si Intermittent Noise

I own a 02' Civic Si Hatchback with 10K miles and been having a problem with a clunking noise. The noise occurs at low speed left turns while driving over a bump (like driveway apron or speed bump). The noise comes from the front-right end of the car and can be felt. The dealer has replaced the entire strut assembly twice and hasn't fixed the problem. I've checked the car several times and everything seems tight (checked with tools and by hand). Can anyone point me in the right direction or suggest what to look for or check.

It's still under warranty. If it's the stock suspension and you've got a lot of time to kill, keep taking it back to the dealer until they fix it.

Tell them you want any and all nuts, bolts, tie rods, any thing that has to with the suspension, etc. tightened down and torqued to factory spec.

I had a neon a while back that was doing what I think you are describing. The left front made a clunking/popping noise. Took it back two or three times to the dealer before they figured it out. It was a loose bolt somewhere in the suspension (forgot where exactly it was).

I've been to the dealer six times about this problem. I spent several hours retorquing all the bolts related to the suspension and frame shortly after the problem started. On the fourth visit to the dealer they did the same. I'm starting to think it could be a ball joint or an engine mount but it's only happens on slow left hand turns.
