not sure what your asking 5x114.3

 

as in

size: 12mm * 1.25
dimensions: 19.0mm Hex * 34.0mm height

will fit or do I need some other size/dimensions?

You need a tapered lug as opposed to an acorn lug

Not sure about the dimensions, although they look correct

 

You'll need 12mm x 1.5, conical (tapered) seat lugs.

thanks, but what's the different between 12mm x 1.5 VS 12mm x 1.25? what's the potential problem with 1.25?
