I have a b16a in a 90 civic lx that has run just peachy up until recently. i first noticed it idling funny about a week ago. it normally idles at 750, but it was dropping down to almost 300 and even died a couple of times in the past week. this morning i went out to go to work and when i cranked the engine it started and idled for about 10 seconds and then died. now the engine won't turn over, but the starter is working. does this sound like a distrbutor problem? i took the cap off and i could smell a faint burnt smell, but nothing looked like it was fried or anything. has anyone had this experience and what did you do to resolve it?? thanks.
