FS: Homemade D-series turbo kit (90% complete! and lots of pics) repost
here it is:
Std exhaust manifold (little bigger than the HF)
custom adapter plate
IHI RHB5 turbo, great condition (off a MX6, boost 8psi, oil and water cooled)
custom 2 1/2 inch downpipe
rubber oil (350psi high pressure line) and coolant lines and fittings/clamps
all the gaskets for turbo/downpipe
MX6/Probe BOV
complete charge pipes (for a modified starquest front mount)
DOHC ZC oil pan with bung welded in (will fit any D-series, has used gasket)
filter is included too
*ALSO* your choice of DSM 450cc injectors or Probe/MX6 310cc injectors
i think the only thing you would need is a fuel management controler, like an AFC, Zdyne, Hondata, whatever...
everything is in great working order, no smoking etc. spools up very quick, think it was at full boost around 3000-3200 (8psi). i had it on my ZC for about 5-6 months no problems! sold my DOHC ZC (sold it) and had it on my D16A6, loved it. i made 171.2hp and 148.6ft lbs of torque to the wheels with the ZC! selling cuz im stepping up, buying a B16 and a bigger turbo and intercooler.
btw THIS KIT WILL NOT SUPPORT AIR CONDITIONING! take out the AC your car will be lighter

come on people! i need to sell this now! i want to get a B16 in there in the next couple weeks to go racing! the A6 just doesnt cut it, but with this turbo your A6 will haul ***!
