What does it mean that a car has a 907a title?
I am trying to find a GSR shell and piece together a super-charged GSR setup. I talked to a guy that has a shell that appears to be in excellent condition- he said that the car is a 907a title... what does this mean??? I am new to this stuff... so hopefully you guys can help me out. Thanks a lot guys
Also, I live in MD-- it seems like 907a is just a NY thing-- will I have to get the car go through a salvage examination in MD?
i could mean 2 things
1=that car was in an accident/ or was a stolon recovery and was paid off by an insurence company.therefor has to go to the state where it would be registered in, and given a state inspection to make sure the car is ready for the street
2=the car has been thru what is stated in #1 and already passed a state inspection and just has that on the title. you dont need to inpect it again. just has that 907 title
i could be wrong
